LIMLIM chooses products based on their excellent designs and superior quality. Our quality control team checks the items during the whole process of packing and shipping the products out. Hence, all sales are final.
Perhaps there are some items that got damaged throughout the transportation process. If that is the case, please contact our customer service team and they will help you with replacing the broken item.
Please note: Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
